Not yet. dhruva is currently web-only, but a mobile version is in development.
When you swipe right on a role, dhruva uses the information we already have about you to fill out the application on the company's site. If anything is missing, we flag those fields for your review so you can complete them before submission. We're still in the process of fully rolling out the auto-apply functionality.
dhruva combines what it knows about you with details about the person you're reaching out to, then drafts and sends messages on your behalf. If you'd rather stay in the driver's seat, you can switch to user-guided mode and approve every message before it goes out.
dhruva learns from the preferences you set during onboarding and refines its understanding through your activity on the platform. Over time, it builds a picture of what you're looking for and what you're not, to surface the freshest, most relevant openings on the internet.
dhruva looks at the role you're targeting and identifies people who've landed similar roles with backgrounds close to yours. That gives you a realistic benchmark of what it takes to get there.
